To top off Sony’s attention to comfort, the MDR-CD380 headphones have cloth earpads which are comfortable next to the skin.

Sony has installed several key features to these headphones to make their sound quality excellent. With the PET diaphragm and the large, forty millimeter driver, the MDR-CD380 headphones will deliver deep bass sound and wide frequency range. The oxygen-free copper (OFC) cord and gold-plated plugs make sure the sound is transported fully. The gold-plated treatment also helps resist corrosion and supports the headphones’ high conductivity and low noise. High-power neodymium magnets allow for maximum power at a minimum size. The stereo mini-plug is straight-shaped. Finally, the OFC cord is single-sided and a full three and a half meters long (11.5 feet), plenty long to conduct your listening business far from the sound source.
